These Terms govern your use of Writelio services, including access to courses, community spaces, downloadable templates, and related features (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
• If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.
• We may update these Terms over time; material updates will be reflected on this page.

2) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Misuse includes attempting to disrupt, extract, or reverse-engineer the platform, or violating the rights of others.

• No scraping, automated extraction, or bulk downloading without prior written permission.
• No spamming, harassment, hate speech, or deceptive behavior.
• No infringement of copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights.
• No interference with security measures, rate limits, or access controls.

3) Accounts, Security & Community Rules

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Community spaces must remain constructive; we may remove content or restrict access for violations.

4) Payments, Refunds & Taxes

If the Services include paid features, all prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide.

• Taxes may apply depending on your location and the applicable law.
• Digital products and subscriptions may have limited refund windows; the applicable policy will be shown at checkout or within the product flow.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to suspension of access while we investigate.

5) Content, License & Intellectual Property

We may provide templates, downloads, or sample materials. You may use templates in your projects, but you cannot resell course content, redistribute it as a standalone product, or claim it as your own original educational material.

• Writelio and associated branding are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You retain rights to content you create; you grant us a limited license to operate, display, and improve the Services.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6) Disclaimers

We provide educational content “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, or results. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We do not warrant that content is complete, current, or suitable for your specific needs.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Writelio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8) Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.
